Thank you for ordering with Petite Pétale Pte Ltd. We would like to inform you that orders made from this site are subject to the following terms & conditions:

All prices listed are defaulted in Singapore dollar.

Delivery Times

Deliveries will be made between 9am and 12am.

For special or specific delivery timing that is not in the above time slot, please contact us at 93655046. We will do our best to assist you in every way.

Delivery Information

Please provide all details in the order form to avoid unnecessary delay.

Delivery to Sentosa and Tuas area will incur additional delivery charges of $15. These surcharges are imposed due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas. We DO NOT deliver to the restricted areas listed below:

a)     Airport & Airport Cargo Complex

b)     All army camps

c)     Jurong Island

d)     All PSA Ports

International Delivery

We do not deliver fresh flowers to other countries due to cross border regulations.

Self-collection

Self-collection is only available at 5 Stadium Walk #B1-09 Leisure Park Kallang
Singapore 397693 (beside CC6 Stadium).

Incorrect delivery address

Incorrect delivery address information that requires re-delivery will result in additional $15 surcharge. Otherwise, you may contact us for self-collection at no charge.

Petite Pétale Pte Ltd will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:

1. Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
2. Incorrect address
3. No such person at the given address.
4. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient

Urgent Delivery

There will be additional surcharge of S$15 if urgent delivery is required i.e. delivery within 4 hours. We seek your understanding that we will reserve the right to turn down your request as this is subject to availability of resource.

Cancellation Policy

We are happy to help you cancel your order prior to delivery. However, the cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before we deliver, otherwise there will be no refund. For all cancellations on promotion items or special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Wedding’s Event, Wedding categories etc, there will be a cancellation surcharge of 50% once order is confirmed and paid.

Substitution Policy

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Refund & Exchange Policies

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the product within 12hours from the time received. We will look into each case and reserve the right to the exchange.
